Profile

As owner and broker of Covenant Reverse Mortgage, my experience extends to over 15 years serving Seniors .  In the HECM marketplace that is an outstanding plus for you because of background and knowledge alone.  You don't do this type of transaction every day, but I do!

In adhering to the NRMLA (National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association) code of ethics in conducting business, high ethical standards are my guideline.  It's important to have trust in the process and know that you are on the right course with the right person.  Longevity and experience in closing Reverse Mortgage loans for happy borrowers is my legacy.

Processing details of your HECM or JUMBO REVERSE MORTGAGE or REVERSE MORTGAGE FOR PURCHASE is done directly under my supervision.  You don't get sent off somewhere else and you can monitor progress during the entire transaction.  Paperwork, questions and results are handled personally.

A Reverse Mortgage may be just what you need to make your life easier. There are many in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California and Colorado that have found this process to be a genuine answer for them. These are the five states I serve regularly.  With an eye on guidelines and requirements because your loan is handled directly by me, I can guarantee you will be glad you worked with Covenant Reverse Mortgage.

Invested time, energy and resources make your success in obtaining a Reverse Mortgage a good experience from start to finish.

It will be a great pleasure to serve you and to see you receive what you desire throughout the Reverse Mortgage process. Thank you so much for choosing to work with me — YOUR REVERSE MORTGAGE PRO.  I am a phone call or email away . . . READY TO HELP.  It makes good sense to work with experience -- and that is what I have. CALL, CHAT or EMAIL me today -- a conversation is a good way to discover your path.

When the loan is due and payable, some or all of the equity in the property that is the subject of the reverse mortgage no longer belongs to borrowers, who may need to sell the home or otherwise repay the loan with interest from other proceeds. The lender may charge an origination fee, mortgage insurance premium, closing costs and servicing fees (added to the balance of the loan). The balance of the loan grows over time and the lender charges interest on the balance. Borrowers are responsible for paying property taxes, homeowner’s insurance, maintenance, and related taxes (which may be substantial). We do not establish an escrow account for disbursements of these payments. A set-aside account can be set up to pay taxes and insurance and may be required in some cases. Borrowers must occupy home as their primary residence and pay for ongoing maintenance; otherwise the loan becomes due and payable. The loan also becomes due and payable (and the property may be subject to a tax lien, other encumbrance, or foreclosure) when the last borrower, or eligible non-borrowing surviving spouse, dies, sells the home, permanently moves out, defaults on taxes, insurance payments, or maintenance, or does not otherwise comply with the loan terms. Interest is not tax-deductible until the loan is partially or fully repaid.
